Both technicians were extremely polite and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process they were using to clean my carpet. These guys pretty much ruined our carpets and a rug that we use as a floor covering in our sons bedroom. I have had carpets cleaned many times in the past and it always takes a few hours to dry. So, as usual we opened all the windows and put on a couple fans...but this time was different. The carpets were soaking wet to the point where they couldn't dry fast enough in order to avoid a rotten, soaked, sour milk/mildew smell that now permeates the carpet, rugs and consequently our entire house. These "Guys" really are "Good Guys". They were so good that both my husband and I had to write a review to ensure that as many people use them as possible! They were on-time, clean cut, charged us the same price they quoted over the phone, and most importantly they have immense knowledge about carpet and tile. They started talking to me about the "science" of carpet cleaning and how PH affects it. Of couse I could only follow along so much, but it's clear they love what they do and because of that they are amazing at it.
