I had bad experience with Good Guy Builders, they promised big before hiring them, after hiring i learn they have no license. Project was mess, calls not return overall the new owner doesn't seems to care. I will never hire Good Guy Builders again. Terrible I am out of ten of thousands of dollars. They are definitely not good guys as the company name claims!

I had a disappointing experience with Good Guy Builders and wouldn’t hire them again for a large tile or flooring project. I hired them for a multi-thousand-dollar tile installation at a home in Napa. The finished work lacked attention to detail and the overall result looked poorly executed, to the point that I felt it reduced the home’s finish quality. I hired Good Guy Builders for one large remodel in Napa that covered multiple areas of my home. The initial estimate and timeline sounded reasonable. In reality, the schedule slipped repeatedly, crews were inconsistent, and the jobsite often felt disorganized. Communication was a major issue. I regret ever choosing Good Guy Builders for my backyard deck project in Napa. It started off okay with a decent quote, but things went downhill fast. Workers showed up sporadically, tools scattered everywhere like a junkyard. The wood they used warped after the first rain, and the railing wobbled dangerously. I called repeatedly, but got voicemail hell. Finally, they sent someone to "fix" it, but it looked worse. Spent extra on a real pro to redo everything. Total rip-off. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience I hired Good Guy Builders and worked directly with Santosh Raghunath, the owner, on a home project. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve had. At the beginning, Santosh was responsive and confident.
