We had such an amazing experience! It was our first time going to Good Grab (after several friends and family members had highly recommended it), and we were blown away. It smelled so so yummy as soon as we walked into the shop. We were also warmly greeted by Amy who showed us around. And the food,...wow!! Discovered this place for the first time today. 20/10! The food was unbelievably delicious. I had the chicken n bacon wrap, the spaghetti squash soup, and the dill pickle potato salad—plus the spicy dill pickle hummus with veggies. Everything tasted fresh, and you can really tell there is passion behind the menu. It’s a superb spot for anyone who needs a quick snack or a lunch on the run. Amy has an amazing kitchen here. Her food is prepared carefully (truly!), the ingredients are all top-shelf, I swear you can taste the difference. The fresh baked offerings and to-go options are all delicious. She also does event catering too! If you haven’t tried her chicken wraps you’re missing out - not only are they delicious, they’re extremely consistent too which is a nice touch. Run, don’t walk, to Good Grab! I would rate this gem a 10/5 stars if I could! The owner is lovely, and they are clearly passionate about creating nourishing and colourful meals coming from quality ingredients. There is a variety of lunch items (fresh soups, wraps, salads, and grain sides) with unique and fun flavours that make healthy eating easy.
