At first I was hating the idea of going to Good friends because it is out in East bumble f*#k and it wasn't co-ed!? It ended up being the best thing I've ever done (so far)! I met some of greatest men and staff! Good friends is a great program and @ 42 years old, taught me how to live,be a son to my parents, be responsible and to be a better father to my little girl. Good friend saved my life help me fill my bag with the tools to stay sober. Also learn how to live life on life terms also got my collage degree as a electronics engineer why there. Got very involved in service. Learned meeting maker make it. Then worked for 5 plus years as a Manger. That was not enough then got involved in the bucks country drug and alcohol emergency line. Want structure in your life Good friends is the place.
The perfect group of people willing to help and show me the right path to continue in my recovery. Whether it was a smile or a kick in the butt with some direction, it was all very much appreciated!
