I was referred to this company for a reverse mortgage. Take my advice and DO NOT pick them! I am now 60 days into what should have been a normal 45 day closing. I am a property manager and a realtor. These people requested a verification of rental for a tenant in a property I manage. I provided the information accurately and correctly. The tenant was not current for the current month. The senior loan processor did not like the negative information and ordered me to change it. When I resisted, he threatened to contact the real estate commission.
I'm a realtor and my buyer found these people. They are very nice but totally terrible at doing their job. After 2 and a half months, we switched lenders and they were able to get the original FHA loan they said the buyer didn't qualify for. They kept upping the interest rate and the money needed down. We were able to get 3.5% rather than their 8.6% and got the loan closed in 2 weeks! Being nice doesn't get the job done. Lucky the buyer and the seller hung in there. Worst transaction I've ever had.
