Scott came out to do a home inspection on a townhome we are trying to buy. He explained his process and then explained every detail of what he saw throughout the time he was there. It was a very thorough inspection and I would highly recommend him!

I was extremely impressed with Good Foundations Home Inspections. Scott was very professional and kind. He went above and beyond explaining what all he was looking at and anything he found along the way. Not only did he tell me about anything that would be a concern with the house, but also pointed out things that need to be done to keep the house in top shape such as replacing or cleaning the laundry filter hose yearly because it goes straight vertically from the dryer to the vent outside. Without hesitation I would recommend Good Foundations Home Inspections to any and all who want a true view of there home's condition.
