Lenny at Good Fit Plumbing was awesome! Completely installed our new faucet in no time. He was super kind and knowledgeable and took a look at another issue we had with our dishwasher too!
I had a great experience working with Lenny for a few small plumbing jobs. His knowledge and service is fantastic, he made sure that I was happy with how the repair and install is going, and took the time to make adjustments until I was satisfied with the results.
Yes, five stars. I found Good Fit Plumbing on Maps and called. Lenny was over quickly to assess and fix my leaky water heater problem. He was happy to walk around the house and talk about all of the plumbing issues I could think of off the top of my head including getting me un-stuck on a leaky toilet issue I had tried fixing myself. We set up a time for a return visit to add a water line to the refrigerator and I'm sure we'll be requesting more visits until everything is in ship shape. Lenny was great! He was very helpful. He was very thorough and even went to the store to get a new part that he didn’t have. Highly recommend! Will definitely use again if I have more plumbing issues.
Lenny came by to inspect an odd smell in our bathroom as well as audible water running in our wall, and I was super impressed with his (1) responsiveness (2) punctuality (3) knowledge of possible root causes and not jumping to conclusions (4) non-salesy and friendly demeanor I will definitely call up Lenny next time we have a plumbing question or concern.
