Excellent customer service and thorough overview of the system.
I told the salesman, Matt, that I needed time to think about such a big purchase before making one. He told me "if you want to be in pain, that's your choice." Elhers-Danlos is not a choice. Found what I needed with friendly, understanding staff elsewhere, without feeling I was trapped in a time-share pitch or having shame about my disability.
Salesman was too good. Now I am anxious about the money spent.
My grandmother and I visited the store on Wednesday. She purchased two inserts from the store a few years ago and had a few questions about the ones she had and also wanted to buy a third inserts for when she is exercising to rebuild her stamina. Matthew was very attentive and asked lots of questions to understand her needs. We did not feel rushed in any way. He explained at lenght how to best utilize her inserts. Matt was so nice and great about explaining everything. We instantly felt the difference with the arch supports. My spouse has been having really bad calf pain, and said it totally went away with the first insert. We both purchased a set and the shoes - so excited to get back to enjoying life!
