Purchased a pair of shoes in addition to the orthotics. Shoes were to arrive in a week. Called several times to inquire about the status of the shoes. Three messages over two days have not been returned. Disappointing customer service, particularly given the cost of the orthotics $1500.
Had a great experience at the good feet store with Miranda. I have been wearing the supports for a week and each day I see improvement throughout my body. Would definitely recommend!
