Today is the first day of my arch support wearing break-in schedule. Already my feet are feeling better. At the Natick store, Layany fit me for my arch supports. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, prepared to answer any question, and everything wonderful you would expect from Customer Service. Thank you, Layany!!

Out of desperation, I walked into the Natick store one month ago. My feet were swollen and I was limping. I did not think they could really completely fix the issues, but I just needed some relief. Layany greeted me and warmly invited me to sit with her. As I laid out my woes, she listened. Layany was kind, and empathized with my discomfort.
