Today I was helped by Miranda at this store in Natick. She provided outstanding customer service and was extremely professional. She took the time to explain every part of the insoles and helped me understand how they would work with my shoes. I was very satisfied with both the service and the product. Went to The Good Feet Store from a referral. Met Karen, the assistant store manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain the orthotics. Been medical and regular orthotics for years so know how it feels and functions. In the end, bought the Essential Kit, the basic kit of 4 pairs of orthotics ~$2,000! Testing out the past 3 days and it seems ok but.. the left orthotic for morning and day started to hurt my achilles heel area. Had to position the left orthotic as I didn't feel enough support.
