The staff is very friendly, but avoid the product. They will basically sell you some foot arches that fit in shoes, for an extravagant amount of money. I bought their product and within a few weeks, my feet hurt so bad I couldn't walk. I went in for an 'adjustment' fitting after a month, but it didn't help. I took out the 'arches' and it took my feet about one week to get back to normal. So after trying this program and product for six weeks, it SUCKS! Nick was very helpful yesterday. Im not sure about these shoes. I absolutely need to talk to Nick to see if the pain Im having is normal. Over all, I'm working everything he said. Liars all the way around. Not even feet specialists and you have NO MONEY BACK GUARENTEE. They just go into the back, come out with a box a nd send you on your way. When I called to inform them that at one month in I had MORE pain with my feet, I was asked if I had followed directions. WTH!
