I went to the store to hopefully find something that would take my back pain away, and I was greated by the cutest dog. Then the sales lady came and greeted me as if I were someone she knew forever. I felt so welcome, and comfortable. Then Lori, the sales person started asking questions about my pain, and she totally explained the arch supports to me in a language that I could understand.
