Worst customer service! Don't bother making an appointment, they take every person who walks in before they deal with appointments. i will not go back- lost a new customer ☹

Business response:

Hi Dawn, We’re very sorry to hear you had a bad experience at our store, that should not have happened. We will reach out to the store directly to discuss this issue. In the meantime, please email me at skessler@goodfeet.com so I can learn more about your experience and answer any questions about The Good Feet Store arch support system. - Sandy Kessler, Director of Customer Service

The Good Feet orthotics are already beginning to relieve some of the pain from the bone spur on the top of my foot.

The orthodox are wonderful. I am pain free. I followed directions to a T. I washed all three pads that cover the orthodontics every single week. We had bought a $99 dollar warranty coverage for life. I have hammer toes, so in each of my left pads there was a hole from one of my toes. I was told that I had to purchase all new pads for $150.00. What was the warranty for that we purchased? I wouldn’t recommend going to Good Feet. Too expensive.

I was having a lot of pain in my heels due to plantar fasciitis. Ever since using the orthotics my heels don’t hurt anymore and I able to resume exercising.

I got my inserts 12 months ago. I went in for a consult and some new insoles last week. While there they swapped out my inserts for a new pair. Before I went to Good Feet I was having a lot of pain in my hips and back. My knees had also started to ache. The day after getting my inserts I started walking again and within a week I was up to at least 2 miles a day. The dog loved it and so did I. The best thing I ever did for my feet.
