Update: after going back to the store to cancel the order the good customer service we had previously experienced was still very much in evidence. The gentleman who helped us on our previous visit was extremely helpful and explained some of the delay. While we greatly appreciate that, it would have been nice to hear that originally. Unbelievable product BUT even more so, UNBELIEVABLE employees and customer service! I've been an "orthotic" person ALL MY LIFE. But, decided to give The Good Feet store a try. And... WOW! I am **ONE HUNDRED PERCENT** satisfied, pleased, EXCITED, and impressed by every single thing they did/will do for me as a NEW LIFE LONG CUSTOMER! GOOD BYE FOOT PAIN, HELLO COMFORT! I don't even know where to begin to talk about how The Good Feet Store has changed my life. Some time ago, I was worried about being in my home alone. I was concerned that if anyone tried to break in while I was sleeping, I would be helpless because it took me about an hour to be able to comfortably stand on both feet first thing in the morning.
