I walked in the store feeling “deflated”. An arthritic hip has derailed my ability to engage in my regular activities. Michael, the store manager did an amazing job guiding me through the process of getting outfitted with my new orthotics. I immediately felt the difference and left the store more hopeful in my ability to return to some of my favorite pastimes .
