Most of the staff is amazing. While getting our Christmas tree we turned our back for one second and the next thing we know our tree is up on the car without having been given a fresh cut or a net put on it. With how expensive these trees are (which in my opinion are way too expensive) I just felt the service was less than stellar. My tree is already losing so many needles and I have been watering it every day. Just really disappointed. Will more than likely go to Home Depot or Lowes next year :(
