Honest enough to let me know that I don't need their services at this time - also friendly, personable and on time. I will definitely call on them if I need their services in the future.
We had Good Earth Pest Company take care of a major ant infestation at our house and they did a very thorough job. They set up our service to come out every three months and when we started seeing more ants after two months, they came out again at no charge. Today we had them go out to my elderly mother-in-laws place for carpenter ants. Colter from Good Earth is a GEM! He was very patient with Mom, who does tend to ramble a bit!
