I was charged $250.00 to rid my house of ants. Within 7 weeks the ants were back thicker than ever. The job was done in a hurried matter without time being taken to solve the problem. They then attempt to pressure you into an ongoing contract for almost $300.00 a year. It's almost like they don't really want to solve the problem to keep you using their services at inflated prices.
I hired GEPC to do an inspection of my home. Rats had gotten in through a broken vent and needed to be drawn out. I wanted the vent fixed and traps left out. But because it is winter and my home is on a hill there was water present in the crawl space. They informed me they would not move forward with any work until I have a sump pump installed under the house. I thought the price to get rid of the rats was going to be expensive enough.
