Elderly woman at the cash register has a negative/ rude attitude between customers and coworkers. Might need some reality check here. If I hand you a GC, don’t ask if I have money in it and don’t be condescending about it. If you don’t know how to process a GC - don’t get bossy at your coworkers who are already busy doing something to begin with expecting them to do your work for you. I am hesitant to leave this review as I really do want to support this business. However, I’m hopeful they will see this and improve. I’ve seen some reviews talking about the rude cashier. I, unfortunately, can confirm those reviews. I’ve also seen complaints of hidden charges for things like honey, which is absurd, I agree, and again, I can, unfortunately, confirm. The woman who works there is insanely rude! No customer service at all. The place is disorganized. They don't allow you to use reusable mugs. Save your money and walk down to Starbucks or Barrow in the library!
The lady at the cashier is rude. Also they charge 1$ for honey without telling you. I’ve never seen a coffee shop charge for honey.
