Very disappointing, grabbing a wrap for lunch. I didn’t pay 10$ for a wrap to eat the paper with it completely glued to the wrap. The girl microwaves it so it heats faster for her not to have to much much effort in ( pretty much being too lazy to take off the paper) then with the paper still on it sticks it in the grill. Then the wrapper is microwave glued and mushy to my wrap and not even grilled properly and the more you take the paper off it the wrap comes with it till it falls apart completely. Inconsistent product. I have gotten a Green Tea misto from here on several occasions and every time it has been different. Too sweet, no vanilla shot, too much vanilla....just all over the map. They also close 5 to 10 minutes earlier than their posted time. Finally with MNPs parking policy you spend any money tou would have otherwise spent on a coffee on paying for parking

Hi there, I have no problems personally with your establishment, but I'm very disappointed about MNP's upcoming paid parking policy. I love to grab a drink/snack after a workout with friends, but I can't justify spending $8/hour in order to do so. Hopefully you can speak to MNP management about how the parking policy may negatively impact your business.
