Absolutely wonderful! Love that there is mac & cheese on the menu along with a good variety of other food, everything tastes excellent!
Absolutely love how Good Earth operates — where else can you pay twice for the same order and get told it’s not their problem? Genius, really. I mean, most places would feel bad charging a customer $36 for a $16 order, especially when nothing was wasted. But not Good Earth — they boldly take the money and pass the blame to Uber. Terrible customer service. The staff was extremely rude and clearly had no interest in helping. Definitely not coming back.
Very disappointing experience at the Downtown Eastside location. I went in today and asked politely to use the washroom, mentioning I’d make a purchase afterward. While I was using it, a staff member came and tried to open the door, saying another customer needed it—even though I was already inside. I still went ahead to buy something, but she ignored me at the counter and was extremely rude. As I left, she yelled at me from the window.
