Poor labour practices
Good Earth Coffeehouse has been an icon in this area for eons. The eclectic furniture and wooden platforms give Good Earth an old time feel with today’s updated funky vibe! They focus their food on organic homemade fare with customized coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages. They offer outdoor patio settings as well. This location has a ceramics and painting studio conjoined to it. The hours are good but they close fairly early on weekends so plan accordingly. Good Earth is a nice place to sit and unwind.
The Chicken Wrap was so good!
Mediocre access for wheelchair users via the door on 11th street. You may need to ask someone to unlock the second door if your wheelchair is a bit wider. Lots of tables indoors to sit at, but unfortunately there were none outdoors for my companion to sit on. Perhaps it was the late time of year for that. The coffee was good and so were the snacks! They also have lots of prepared meals for you to eat including vegetarian stews and soups, sandwiches, salads, and more.
