Asian lady at the cashier was extremely rude. I first asked how she was, then she just ignored me and had a straight face, then she just said "what can I get you". Then I said I needed to transfer a giftcard balance on to my Second Cup app, and she said "I've never done that before, just call customer service". Like okay. I'm sorry you hate your job so much that it shows in your "customer service skills".
Good Earth Coffee is soooo good, and this location in particular is the best!! The milk is always the perfect temperature and never over heated which makes for heaven in a cup.
Unkept, dirty, run down. The service was not great either.
