I had surgery on both ears and needed a new referral in order for my specialist to continue ongoing care. The receptionist Fatima had a difficulty understanding this and her follow-up questions. She would not allow me to answer as she kept interrupting me with more questions and as I would try to answer those would interrupt me again. Completely unprofessional and then she ended the call so I was not able to speak to the doctor and it's very understandable. Very pleasant and helpful nurses on duty. They sometimes run a bit late but that's to be expected at any medical clinic, and they quickly connect to excellent doctors online. I highly recommend
