nurse is amazing. appointments always run on time. super convenient. wish they were open more days
I was able to get a quick appointment to have a TB step read by the virtual doctor/and nurse at the clinic. Saved me driving all the way to Orillia to have it read by family doctor. Super convenient having this clinic in town. The doctor is not physically there but the nurse is and they work together. Clinic is kind of tucked away in the middle of the back entrance/parking lot. Very clean.
**Extremely Disappointing and Concerning Experience** I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic and am now in ongoing pain without the care I need. I’m sharing my story so others can make informed decisions. To begin, the clinic was extremely hard to locate — it’s tucked away without clear signage. I had to walk around and ask for directions, worried I’d miss my appointment.
