Please be aware of this contractor, for over 3 months took my money and never finished the work. He did 10% of the work and said must be paid in full to continue the work. I paid him in full, and he dissapeared didn't answer the calls or the messages for months. Today he responded back that he will give the money back when he feels like it. I have no choice but to pursue this legally, he breached the contract, never finished the work, and took all of the money.
