Not reliable! I used them once in the past and they did a good job, for which I tipped them 20% more than their fee. I recently called for service again. I received a text message saying they would get back with me. That was eight days ago and I have gotten no response. Update...the owner did finally get back to me with an apology. I understand mistakes happen and I did appreciate the effort and the apology.
Got rid of stains that we thought were permanent. Really nice guy. Explained everything as he worked. Thorough but speedy.
