This place is terrific. Such a hidden gem and the back patio is simply unbeatable
Great atmosphere, amazing staff, and impeccable furniture. The chef is truly gifted. I strongly recommend the thousand-layer Japanese sweet potato and the skirt steak. And the Dijonaisse sauce with the shrimp… oh my God!!! Absolutely incredible. Definitely worth the detour if you’re in Williamsburg
Each time we come to our neighborhood bar and restaurant we always come away loving the food (the chef’s delicate and layered flavors just boom the tastebuds with a gentle stroke rather than a punch in the face. The consistency of the staff and the way they treat us is just superb. Love it.
One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in a while! Every dish was so thoughtfully prepared and just packed with flavor. Everything felt complex and interesting without ever being overwhelming, and the service was genuinely warm and welcoming. We learned the menu changes seasonally, which means we’ll definitely be back to see what they come up with next.
My friends are probably sick of hearing about how much I like this place. Have been four times since April and it is consistently excellent. It’s great for groups so you can try a bunch of things on the menu but it’s also a great date spot. Some favorites are the sweet potato, bocadillo, chicken, and steak frites, but you really can’t go wrong! The martinis are also great. Get a res - you won’t regret it!
