Not often but I've been to the New Day Spa in Vallejo before. I went there last Saturday to the place asking for a massage. They told me no. The next following Sunday I called the place trying to find out what's going and the reason. They hung the phone up in my face. First of all I have the right to find out what's going on. But it doesn't give the employee to be rude to me for no reason hanging the phone up in my face which is very disrespectful. Other customers probably go by their everyday. Zero stars. Do not go here. They demand payment BEFORE service. They ask for cash. If you don’t have cash, they take you to a room with an ATM which charges a $5 withdrawal fee. They don’t tell you this prior. But ambush you when you get there. I left, telling Eva, “I came here to relieve my stress but you guys are stressing me.”
it is a good place convenient to park in the service is excellent. The interior is clean and beautiful.
