Jessica is amazing at her job. I have seen a number of psychiatrists over the years and you will have a hard time finding someone else like this. She doesn’t just hand out medication and a diagnosis. She actually talks to you and gets to know you.

Dr. Friedman is the only therapist in this city I’ll see. He’s got a gift for his craft.
My therapist referred me to Jessica at Good Day almost 2 years ago. It was my first time using a psychiatrist, although I have been to many therapists throughout my adult life. I am blessed to have found this doctor. She is compassionate, caring and she listens to what you have to say. Her staff is equally kind. It’s a safe place, if you know what I mean.
Honestly, was the best experience & beyond grateful that I was listened to & understood and would highly recommend!
