They are a small family-run business with plenty of experience, and setting up the appointment was simple by phone, voicemail, or text. I had them come out for upholstery and carpet cleaning, and Caleb was excellent. He explained the cleaning process in a clear way, pointed out why certain spots showed up on my couch and nearby carpet, and shared simple tips to help prevent future stains and wear.
