I normally don’t leave negative reviews EVER, but my experience with Good Common Sense Naturals left me really disappointed. While visiting the store, I witnessed the owner speaking to one of her employees (who happened to be older than her) in a way that was shockingly rude and dismissive. The lack of respect was uncomfortable to watch, and it made the whole atmosphere in the store feel hostile. Beware – Misleading Products and Poor Customer Service I really wanted to support this local business, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The so-called “homemade” products are not what they claim to be—make sure you check the actual ingredient labels carefully. Awesome unique store with unique in house products! Check them out!
UPDATE: I tried the Roots to Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner and my hair is insanely soft and tangle free! I try other products and my 4c curls never respond the same. I can easily brush, part, and style my hair after use. I've never found products like this. There is a huge noticeable difference in my hair's strength, thickness, and texture.
