I normally don’t leave negative reviews EVER, but my experience with Good Common Sense Naturals left me really disappointed. While visiting the store, I witnessed the owner speaking to one of her employees (who happened to be older than her) in a way that was shockingly rude and dismissive. The lack of respect was uncomfortable to watch, and it made the whole atmosphere in the store feel hostile. Beware – Misleading Products and Poor Customer Service I really wanted to support this local business, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The so-called “homemade” products are not what they claim to be—make sure you check the actual ingredient labels carefully. I was told one thing by both the employee and the owner, only to find out later that the product contained ingredients I specifically wanted to avoid.
