This spot is connected to the Embassy Suites, so I stopped by for a matcha. I asked for a 12oz iced matcha with coconut milk, but they said I had to order the 16oz for the iced version. Unfortunately, it was a 5/10 for me — I couldn’t taste the matcha at all, and it was sweet even though I hadn’t asked for it to be sweetened. Glad I tried it while visiting Nashville, but I’d probably explore other coffee shops next time.

I can’t give them 0 because google doesn’t have 0 ratings do not buy anything from this place stuff is not friendly and coffee is not good you will just wast your money so many other places in town !
I know it’s hotel lobby coffee and the standards are low but they fail to achieve the low bar. The coffee is not good and the service is incredibly slow. Chairs suck. Going somewhere else is worth the walk.
I was not crazy about the medium roast at all. It was very bitter and burnt tasting. I'll take my Ruta Maya any day of the week.
