Slow expensive, messed up the order and the coffee was just warm.
Most expensive coffee I have ever bought and it is boiling hot. Came out of a machine instead of being made like I would expect a $9 espresso drink would be made. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
African American girl working in the morning today had a horrible attitude problem. Need to work on her customer service skills. Do better!!!
