They post ads on Craigslist as from a private seller but it's a dealership. And the check engine light came on in 20 miles after me taking it home. Now it's thousands to get the check engine light so m off so I can re-register at the end of this year. Ugly beat up 20 year old car I thought I was getting a fair deal on. But I was dumb to overlook their dishonest posting.
Took down my review then realized I just want to take it from 1 star to 2. Eh, I guess I got a fair deal but my $3,000 car needed another $2k worth of repair right away. It did, and still does, run well enough but I wouldn't buy from them again. It turns out I did get a new catalytic converter like they said but I do not know how they got it to pass Travis County inspection as there is some kind of evap leak. You get what you pay for but you would expect that a car that just passed inspection would at least make it to the ne... read more
Dishonest. Check their Yelp as well and you'll see a number of sales that had issues immediately- mine included. They post on Craigslist like a private seller when they're a dealership. I'm embarrassed I bought from these people. I should have known better since the car wasn't even cleaned a little (trinkets and sand all inside). They said it was rebuilt title due to electric motor for sun roof. Paperwork ended up saying rebuilt motor.
