I am completely appaulled by this dental practice! If I could rate it less than 1star, I would. My friend was charged over $600 for a first time visit. This included 7 xrays 5 of which are not covered by insurance! There was no discussion about options or her willingness to pay out of pocket for additional xrays. But the $600+ did NOT INCLUDE an oral cancer or gum check. Now my friends X-rays are being held as ransom until non-reimbursed charges are paid. They even refuse to issue a current itemized invoice. Very sad.

This office is creepy. I was under the impression minors can have parents present if they wish unless an x-ray or something is going. I didn't go back last time because dentist asked me not to then he didn't do anything or mention anything that I told him their previous dentist in MO had ALREADY knew needed work on. I asked to go back this time so I could explain to him to be sure proper issues were addressed because my MINOR CHILDREN are not going to mention it all because duhhh they MINORS!! The doctor is nothing patience and so disrespectful, he was sitting on facebook while he made me wait with my three years old son on my lap without any reason, and when the assistant barely tried to me make a X ray to my boy( who was quiet and waiting) he ask to her to leave us along, and said that he will perform some easy for him
