It’s fair to expect salesman to be pretty friendly and nice but Gunner is not that. I don’t know if he’s just having a bad day or if he’s miserable but being snotty and rude to a customer is not cool. When asking a few questions about the different loan options, he says “I sell cars not auto loans.” Which is an obvious statement because you work at a car dealership but the snarky comment was uncalled for. They should really change their name to Amazing Car Company! My bf and I were in a nightmare scenario--our old car was totaled and we needed to finance a reliable, low-priced ride ASAP.
