This was not a great experience. Cars marked are the price you pay before TTL and doc prep fee (as typical); but haggling is minimal. In our experience, we were trying to teach our 16 year old daughter how to negotiate, but only for the salesman to belittle her for doing research. While he seemed to remain patient for most of the exchange with her, at the very end when he said “I am so done… not even going to wash it or fill it with gas”. Just picked up this Honda Odyssey from Good Car Co and our experience was great. Gunnar was super responsive and helpful with answering all of our questions. I interact with a lot of used car dealerships in my work and I can say that these guys have integrity and take good care of their customers. The process from start to finish was smooth and easy. They’ll be my first stop next time our family is in the market for a car. Definitely recommend!
My daughter and I had a great experience here. They were very nice, no pressure, and just overall a great experience. They had no problem with us taking the car to our mechanic to have it looked at before we bought it which gave me a good feeling. Car checked out great and the buying process was super quick and easy. No crazy fees like these other dealers. It was very straight forward. I will definitely recommend people here!
10000/ 10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had the BEST experience at Good Car Company!! Joe and Gunnar were extremely helpful. Gunnar explained all the numbers and warranties to me, and they had everything ready to go when I came to pick up the Jeep I purchased. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!
