We started the Good Car Company with the goal of creating a cleaner, safer and healthier Australia. As three environmental scientists, we are unlikely founders of a car business...but desperate times call for desperate measures. The Good Car Company’s goal is to accelerate the uptake of electric vehicles in Australia and in doing so, save thousands of tonnes of carbon emissions. Absolutely terrible experience with GoodCar. The handover process was a complete nightmare, requiring countless calls and a full day of my time to resolve their mistakes. Days later, the price of the car dropped significantly, and GoodCar refused to adjust the price or offer a reasonable return option. They were happy to honour the 7-day return policy but wanted to charge me over +$3,000 in fees (including paying to return to Melbourne, despite having car depots nearer in Sydney), essentially eliminating any benefit of retur... read more

Love my GCC Leaf so much, and loved the service from GCC. When I upgraded to the next model up I didn't even think of looking around at other EV options. My daughter drives the first one now.
