The ambiance here feels both classic and original—definitely a great spot if you’re craving an amazing steak. We both ordered the ribeye, and it did not disappoint: juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Brussels sprouts were a standout, practically melting in my mouth, but the cheesy potatoes fell short of expectations. Where to begin...I feel like Beef and Bottle has lost it's way and we will not be coming back. Went in on a Friday for an early dinner birthday celebration for my wife. Service was very good, but when the food arrived three items had to be sent back to the kitchen. My brother and I ordered their $69.95 KC Strip special and what arrived looked like two different cuts of meat. Beef N Bottle never misses a beat. This place has been one of our favorite Charlotte places for years. During our last visit, our server, Victor, was really great. Drinks were perfect. Food arrived hot and delicious. The salad comes as lettuce on an individual plate with a larger, shared plate of accompaniments (tomatoes, radish, olives, onions, green peppers), and you can add whatever you like.
