Hands-down, this has to be one of the best consignment shops in the area! Friendly, honest, with a great selection of formal wear and children’s clothes.
I took in 2 car seats both made by same company I was told that they would take 1 but not the other and told me to take it home and wash it! I told the lady that almost half the toys, and strollers they put out front was nasty and dirty ( I have seen nasty food in stroller trays) the lady proceeded to tell me it was not nasty! Well I took both my carseats with me I can sell online and make more money myself! You lost this customer
I rented a wedding gown for a photo shoot for one day, I had the dress dry cleaned and in better condition than when I got it; they charged me $400.00 dollars! big time rip off! I won't ever rent or buy from there ever again!
I brought in several high end shirts from Macys as well as a brand new pair of Mens Stacy Adams formal shoes for consignment and at the end of the consignment period when I went to pick up what was left they had mysteriously lost 2 of the shirts and gave away a third as a donation without my consent saying it was damaged when it wasn't, and had the shoes under some other ladies name and then claimed in their fine print they are not responsible for lost or missing items!!!! BEWARE!!!
