About two weeks ago I contacted The Good Apple to see what all they offered, as well as their hours. We live approx 4 hrs north of them and could only visit on a Sunday. She explained they are closed on Sunday’s. I was bummed but said thank you and was about to Carry on, when she stated that since we were driving so far she would open the store for us to shop! Across the board, excellent customer service whether buying a saddle or selling one. I can't say enough good things about this company.
