Starting the day at Good and True is so much more than a work-out. Belly laughs, endorphins, Trev the dog, and a physical and mental health boost for the rest of the day, which has a direct and positive impact on my team at work. 6 stars
Wether it is PT sessions, HITT and weights group classes, you won’t find a more welcoming, comfortable and fun gym and community to be a part of regardless of age, ability and fitness level. If you are lucky you might even get a cuddle from Trev the chocolate lab 😊
Great gym, lovely people who are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The group sessions cater for all fitnesses. I have been able to partake in sessions while either at my strongest or recovering from injury. So great for maintaining a level of fitness and mental sanity no matter how my body is feeling.
I’ve been training with Sam both one on one & in his group classes for years, my fitness has come on leaps & bounds in that time all thanks to him. Love the community vibe & have met a lot of great people through the gym. Added bonus is being greeted by Trev the Labrador at the door. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an approachable & knowledgeable trainer & welcoming group of people to be a part of
Whether you're after a one-on-one session, group workout, or pilates class, these guys have something for all requirements and abilities. The coffee catchup after Saturday class is just an added bonus!
