Worst company ever. I called about the AC unit in my apartment missing a On/Off button. After a few days waiting for a response and calling numerous times , they said the engineer who was already in my building can come to investigate the issue. He came, spent a total of 30 seconds in my apartment to confirm that the button does in fact need replacing and for this, the company charged me 125$ (!!) with the promise that it would be offset from the cost of the button replacement.
