We woke up yesterday to water in our basement.Our water heater had broken.I called Goods (who we have a contract with) from the girl in the office,I believe Sarah who took the call,to Ian the service tec and Justin I couldn't have asked for better service.We have an elderly parent that lives with us and really needed the heater.They went out of their way to finish the job and by the end of the night we had a new water heater and hot water. Was very professional and reviewed prior hvac inspection report but didn’t find any reason for replacing furnace as being recommended.
