This guy, Jeremy, did some maintenance on a house we were selling as part of the buyer terms for closing. He was recommended (~suggested) by the buyers. He showed up a half hour late--even though he lives 5 minutes away--and talked about family, God, and being from the local neighborhood. I had confirmed with him over the phone prior to hiring him that he would also clean the gutters in addition to doing some moss removal and attic mold remediation. Save your money this guy is a joke!!! He gave me a five year warranty… It took him 2 1/2 years after I replaced my roof to FINALLY come out and tell me that he’s not going warranty the gutters he installed because the roof was replaced (2months ago). Gutters have leaked since day one. He uses inferior product to underbid and doesn’t stand by warranty. All he needs to do is come back and fix a couple of screws and everything would be fine but he will not do it. To top it off, the guy is a total jerk!

Good Affordable Roofing Services LLC did an excellent job reroofing my house. Material deliveries, tear off, and replacement were all on schedule. The crew did a great job cleaning up, also. I'd recommend them, and will use them again when it's time for another roof.
Had a wonderful experience, had no issues what so ever. The checked all the boxes, price, quality, professionalism. Would recommend this company to all.
