When I booked the appointment I noticed that there was only 10 minutes alocated for my hair cut. This concerned me as I did not know how that would be possible, especially with a wash. When I arrived I decided not to have a wash as that would have made the cut even more rushed. Maygen was her normal wonderful self but was obviously pushed to complete my cut in the time alocated. Last week I had a hair emergency and called Goochies hoping they could fit me in. From the moment I spoke with Alissa on the phone, I felt genuinely cared for. She was so kind, reassuring, and made me feel like I truly mattered as a client. They managed to book me in for Tuesday, and the whole experience from start to finish was incredible. So as an older man concerned about getting some grey removed through dying my hair, there ladies were amazing! The care they took to make my transition from grey to something more….younger was remarkable!
