Kristen is FANTASTIC!! My dog has nappy hair that should be groomed regularly but he just went over a year without a groom. He was a MESS, like I’m embarrassed of how messy his hair was, uneven, spots I’d cut myself (lol), long nails, dreads in some places.. she CLEANED him UP!! He looks SO good now!! He’s scratching himself less and looks so much cuter. My dog is my baby, I never let him go with anyone other than family but I 100% trust Kristen caring for him!

They are absolutely the best And if I could give 10 stars I would! I’ve moved home to St. Louis and unfortunately there is no place like Goochie Poochie here. Maybe you need to open a satellite location😊. Miss you all and the service you give like crazy.
The staff is great including the owner Yuko, Judy who was on the front desk and moved, and my groomer Erin. My Havanese Izzy looks great after each visit and loves the staff.
It’s the best! They take care of your fur baby just like it were their own with great attention to detail and personal preference! Try them out! Super clean and professional! You can see the passion and care that they extend to you and your pet.
Everytime we make the turn left off 98, our pups are already excited and know where they're going. Also their staff are very nice and helpful. The facilties are always clean which I'm sure is tough given all the dogs coming and going. We've been using them the summer of '14 and won't use anyone else.
Aww this is the Best Place for Grooming & Spa ���and definitely the best Pet Hotel!!! At this place every pet is treated with Kindness � and Love ���!!!! There is not other place where I would take my pet (Sasha) and leave it with the peace in mind that is going to be treated with so much Love!��� Judy at the Frontdesk and Kristen the Groomer are the going above and beyond to take care of your pet’s needs ���� Highly Recommend 5 �!!!!!
Miss Judy was so excellent at making sure we were taken care of! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the dogs and their rooms were kept nice and clean. Our kids had the best time here this week. And we loved looking at all of the pictures � Thank you!
Thank each of you for taking care of our Buddy while we celebrated my daughters wedding. He doesn't do so well boarding. But, all of you were amazing with him and with us!! Putting us at ease so we could enjoy our happy occasion. <3
