I have always liked the pizza at Goobs but I called today to place a large order and when I asked if Holly would hold for a minute while I grabbed my credit card she answered with a very rude”no” and hung up on me. Even if they were busy she could have politely asked me to call back or any number of other polite replies. I’ll never order from them again and neither will my family. They lost a $100 order tonight.

We stayed in Springerville for a month and had Goob’s Pizza three times. Best pizza we have ever had! Thank you for your kindness and amazing food! On our way back to MI we are going to plan our route to have your pizza one more time.
Amazing pizza, wings and breadsticks! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Quality ingredients! If you are ever close by you gotta stop!
The husband is nice and has great customer service, the wife is horrible who degrades employees in front of customers and treats customers like low grade peasants. The food is great but not worth the rise in blood pressure when she’s the one you’re dealing with.
We just picked up 2 pizzas at 4:05. Not one employee was wearing a mask or gloves, including the cooks. The girl that helped my husband made fun of him for wearing a mask. unbelievable!
Delish, first of many visits to come.
