This car wash took the clear coat off of my car, one week after I paid my car off. Shocking. I filed a claim, and their response was a denial for these reasonings: After a thorough review, there was no evidence of any equipment malfunction at the time of your visit as our brushes and equipment were in a proper position and were all operating at proper speed and pressure.
