If your vehicle is damaged due to their negligence or mechanical error, the manager with a language barrier will argue with you and deny responsibility! Even if local law enforcement witnesses the incident! Very poor business ethics and customer service!
I was a regular customer of goo goo but now I’m done. 21.00 dollars for a filthy car wash and a rude staff that wouldn’t consider rerunning my vehicle. Language barrier as well as sour attitude. I wrote an email and no response. Guess no one has time for those these days. It’s a shame too as a media personality I will be telling all my clients to stay away from this place. YOU SHOULD NOT EVER GO HERE!
I'm pretty disappointed in my experience today. The pre-wash attendant acted like he didn't want to be there. I left with bugs still covering the front of my car, a dirty windshield and back window. Not to mention spots all over my car after the spot free rinse. I had to spend more money elsewhere to clean the car, properly, myself. What a waste of $12. I've been going to this location for years and will not be back.
Love the way they prewash before you go in ..and the free vacuum is a plus .
The worst car wash I have ever been to. There is still salt on my truck, you would think for 18 dollars they could do a half decent job. This place doesn't even deserve one star
