He is very thorough and sent me pictures of every part he was working on and he was detailed letting me know everything! Good service!
Took him my 4l60 to get rebuild got it back the same day got new torque converter reinstalled and the transmission lasted 3days took it back he noticed he gave me the wrong converter he took almost a week got it back with the correct converter this time it lasted 9days then no more forward or reverse told him he wanted more money I took my business elsewhere
Unprofessional, and bad work Shop does not rebuild properly or communicate Very bad work had to take car back 3 time using their warranty and was never fixed
Gonzo does real honest work. Had my 4r44e remanufactured here. It's ran great since. He knows what he is doing & his shop staff are all knowledgeable. Quoted me lower than the shops in the area too.
