I saw an add of gonzo's in clippin service directory that said $20 off any repair so I called them to replace a water faucet outside my house. I was charged $285.00. A replacement faucet was brought by the plumber. No itemized charges. The receipt just showed " a flat rate company" They charged extra if you pay with credit card which in my case would be $7 so I paid with a check and no there was no $20 off.
