Gonzo is a great guy who knows his stuff. He wouldn't charge me anything for diagnosing a very tricky generator issue that wasn't worth repairing in the end. Can highly recommend.

He’s very knowledgeable and provides you with a full assessment of the repair, calls you with updates and is really customer oriented.
